Pastry Chef Assistant - $17/hr

We are currently hiring a kitchen assistant for our pastry chef at our cafe in Park City. We expanded this location with a kitchen and more space so we can provide house-made pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods. The cafe is a dedicated coffee shop with espresso, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, pastries and all of our chocolate bars. We consider ourselves to be in the vein of third-wave coffee, as the quality of everything we produce, whether it’s coffee or chocolate, is at the forefront of what we do.

Cafe Hours: Monday through Sunday 8am to 6pm

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Year-round: We are hiring someone who can be here year-round.

Compensation: Starting $17/hr, negotiable dependent on experience

Hiring ASAP

Applicant must have a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit.

Duties Include:

  • Assisting pastry chef with prepping, baking pastries and food items for the day

  • Maintaining quality and consistency of all items being served

  • Creating a positive experience for customers

  • Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and restocking when necessary

  • Opening/closing kitchen tasks

Barista - $13/hr + tips

We are located on Iron Horse Drive in Park City. If you love the mountains, love coffee, love managing people, and are passionate about customer service, this is the perfect fit for you. Some of our goals are to provide incredible customer service and kindness, serve the perfect cup every time, educate our customers and team about chocolate, food and coffee, and have fun while doing it.

Cafe Hours: Monday through Sunday 8am to 6pm

Job Types: Part Time and Full Time: We are hiring for full time and/or part time, but baristas have to commit to at least 3-4 cafe shifts per week to gain a comfortable work flow.

Compensation: $13/hr + tips (tips typically sit around $5+/hr)

Hiring ASAP

Applicant must have a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit and valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Serving Training. Certification can easily be completed online in just a few hours.

Duties Include:

- Maintaining cafe drink and service quality and guiding other baristas with drink making where needed

- Creating a positive experience for every single customer

- Educating customers about chocolate production and coffee and food offerings

- Maintaining overall cafe cleanliness and restocking when necessary

- Opening and Closing Shop
