This bite-sized bar is a small but mighty tribute to our home state of Utah. Made with our signature Mid Mountain blend 70% dark chocolate and topped with house-made honeycomb toffee, made with raw wildflower honey from Hollow Tree Honey—harvested right from the Wasatch range.

A Little Bit British, A Little Bit Utah

Honeycomb Toffee began with a bit of nostalgia. Growing up in England, our founder Anna loved Crunchie bars—the irresistible combination of crisp, airy honeycomb toffee and chocolate.

Years later, in Utah, that childhood favorite became the inspiration for something distinctly Ritual.

We start with our award-winning Mid Mountain Blend 70% dark chocolate, a balanced house blend that has earned recognition from the Good Food Awards and Academy of Chocolate. Then we make our honeycomb toffee in-house, breaking it into golden pieces and scattering them through the chocolate for pockets of caramelized crunch.

For the honey, we turned to local beekeeper Hollow Tree Honey and their raw Wasatch wildflower honey. Their bees forage among the diverse wildflowers of Utah’s mountain landscape, producing a fragrant honey with delicate floral notes that brings a subtle sense of place to every batch of toffee.

The result connects two places we love: a little taste of British nostalgia, reimagined here in the mountains of Utah.

Made in the Beehive State

Utah has long been known as the Beehive State, with the beehive representing industry, community, and working together.

It seemed only fitting that one of our most beloved bars should celebrate that connection with honey harvested right here along the Wasatch Range.

Our honeycomb is made in small batches at Ritual, where honey and caramelized sugar transform into a light, crisp toffee before being broken into pieces and paired with our dark chocolate.

Sweet, crunchy, bittersweet and just a little nostalgic.

An Award-Winning Chocolate at its Heart

At the base of the bar is our Mid Mountain Blend 70%, our Ritual’s signature dark chocolate.

Mid Mountain Blend has received recognition from both the Good Food Awards and the Academy of Chocolate, including a Gold award from the Academy of Chocolate.

Its balanced chocolate flavor provides the perfect backdrop for the caramelized sweetness and delicate floral character of our house made honeycomb toffee.
