A Distinctive Take on Maya Mountain Cacao

I was surprised by this bar's (2024 Harvest Batch 02) herbal and intense savory flavors. I was impressed by the interplay of savory, sour, and fruity notes.

While I prefer Maya Mountain chocolate with a stronger emphasis on fruit, I still think that this bar is quite good on its own terms, and appreciate that different chocolate makers can make different experiences from the same cacao.
