The best chocolate i've found

A lovely rich chocolate minus the bitter bite of some dark chocolates. Just wish this was easier to find/buy locally.

I find Ritual Mid Mountain Blend delightfully complex, with a fruity start followed by rich and slightly savory flavors.

This chocolate is notably sour, which was polarizing for my family.
