Carefully crafted in the Ritual Factory, this newest addition to The Wild Cacao Series showcases the unique flavor profile of these wild Bolivian cacao beans. Using minimal ingredients and taking gentle care throughout the chocolate-making process, we've let the beans' subtle yet complex flavors shine through.
In addition to paying well above fair trade price, Caputo’s are donating an additional $1 for each bar sold directly back to Tranquilidad, to ensure that Volker Lehman, the agronomist who discovered Beniano and proprietor of Hacienda Tranquilidad, can continue to preserve this rare and special cacao for years to come.
