Inspired by the mountains and growers around us, this bar is a blend of lavender grown by Blue Canyon in Heber City, Utah and dried juniper berries. Both ingredients are finely ground into our Mid Mountain Blend giving a floral, aromatic finish that lingers on the tongue and conjures up the scent of a high mountain meadow.

My favorite flavor

I love how the hint of juniper sneaks up on you. I feel like I’m eating chocolate in a forest.

This chocolate bar is a particularly unique case. It seems to absolutely please many people. It probably has to be someone who likes the flavor of lavender and juniper, which taste like you’re eating a forest. Worth trying it.

Wonderful Chocolate!

I love a couple bites of this choclate with Earl Grey tea, or with Decaf Jasmine Green Tea. Incredible flavors!

I stumbled on this lovely bar of chocolate in a local coffee shop and couldn't resist - Lavender and Juniper Berries are two of my favorite things! And this delicious bar exceeded my expectations!
