a little bitter

the taste is a little bitter for my liking

Utterly sublime

I first tasted the Madagascar bar whilst visiting family in Denver several years ago. I've never forgotten it, and order it now and then as an indulgent treat. This is a bar to be savored; the flavor is unlike any other. Smooth, fruity, and deeply chocolatey.

These culinary delights warm the soul and you can tell that ingredients matter. It would compare in taste to many exquisite chocolate shops in Switzerland.

No bitter after-taste as some chocolates convey with a higher cacao level. Ritual Chocolates are smooth and silky to the pallet and joyously received as a gift to be cherished.

Finally ! a Chocolatier that knows what she is doing.
