Like a PB&J with coffee

The chocolate started with rich, nutty, and toasty flavors of classic chocolate followed by hints of stone fruit (peach, apricot) jam. I appreciated the contrast.

I found this bar relatively astringent.

Hint of Marshmallow

Yes, I did detect a subtle taste of marshmallow as the tasting notes indicate. I did not taste toasted peanuts or apricot, but the bar is very delicious, just like the other bars I have tasted. As I wrote in the previous reviews, I like what is written on the packaging. Tasting notes, best enjoyed how, etc. Not disappointing.
