In this month’s Limited Edition Bar featured in April's Ritual Chocolate Club Box, we’re sharing a special bar created by Eric, our Lead Chocolate Maker and longest-standing team member.

Eric is at the heart of our factory, working through each step of the chocolate-making process with care and dedication.

His creation: a matcha white chocolate topped with dried strawberries.

We’re excited to share both this bar and a bit of Eric’s story with you.
